ATM Fee Reversal Form

The purpose of this form is to assist you with ATM fee reversals if you have a Power Checking Account or a CU Succeed Checking Account at Resource One Credit Union.

Your ATM fee reversal request will be processed within one statement cycle. You MUST have a Power Checking Account or a CU Succeed Checking Account from Resource One to qualify for ATM fee reversal. Advantage Checking and Prestige Checking accounts are not eligible for this fee reversal. Refer to your monthly account statement to confirm that your ATM fees have been reimbursed to your account.
