When you are on the go and time is short, use our new E-Source self-service kiosks located in the lobby of most Resource One service centers. With E-Source, you can access the Resource One website or Internet, learn about exciting new offers, view your account activity, and transfer funds between your accounts. E-statements is a great tool on our Online Service Center site that makes it easy for you to view your statement on the web at any time. You can view the last 12 months of your statements and even print up-to-date account information for your records.
Choose whether you’d like to receive an e-mail notification when your new statement is ready, or opt out and just view them at your leisure. You can also decide to immediately begin receiving your e-statements, or do a trial “test period” of 3 months where you receive both electronic and paper statements.

No computer access? No problem! With our new Mobile Services, you can now access your accounts anytime...without a computer! Mobile Services is a new feature with our Online Service Center that allows you to view your accounts, pay your bills, and make transfers all with your cell phone. You can even receive online notifications of any activity done through Mobile Services. The best part about Mobile Services is that there's no charge from us!
To access your accounts via your cell phone, simply log into our Online Service Center and select Accounts/Mobile Services. Once you've Allowed Mobile Services, you can visit R1CU.mobi on your cell phone and log in with the same username and password.

Need to see a copy of a cancelled check from your Resource One account? No problem! Now you can view your check images online and anytime. If you need to see a check that you've written several months in the past, log into the Online Service Center and go to E-statements. If you need to see a check that you've written in the past month or less, visit the Online Service Center and look at your account activity.
